Our Capabilities

We own and operate the world’s largest blow mold machine, capable of 1000-pound extrusion in one shot. The next largest machine in the world is a 750-pound machine located in Spain.

The next largest machine in North America is about a 250-pound machine, making our blowmolding machine extremely large in comparison to what’s currently being used anywhere else in this half of the hemisphere.

Our largest part is roughly 15 feet long and about 6 feet in diameter. Without the capability of extruding 1000 pounds, we wouldn’t be capable of making the size of the products we make here.

We operate a 130,000 square foot factory and warehousing space in Syracuse, NY, as well as an 80,000 square foot factory and warehousing space in Watertown, NY.

Both facilities are adjacent to major interstates for efficient transportation and logistics, the Syracuse location also has its own rail siding that facilitates both inbound and outbound freight.

Together these locations also offer large indoor and outdoor storage capabilities, including outdoor storage capacity of over 6 acres and indoor facilities that can accommodate over 150,000 square feet of space.
